Monoconcentrates - HIGHLY FILLED MASTERBATCHES
A monoconcentrate is a special masterbatch that contains a highly concentrated single pigment or additive in a polymer carrier.
According to the customer's request, we also produce so-called single pigment dispersion masterbatches - dispersion of individual pigments, which we produce on extruders with special technology. We are able to produce any colour (shade according to Pantone colour scale or RAL) for any industry.
The main advantage of monoconcentrates is the possibility of precise dosage and consistent distribution of a single pigment or additive in plastic materials. This allows manufacturers to achieve desired properties such as colour, transparency, opacity or functional properties with greater accuracy and repeatability.
