Additives are substances that are added to materials, including plastics, to change or improve their properties. They are chemical compounds that are mixed with a carrier material to achieve desired effects.
Standridge Color manufactures UV stabilizers, antioxidants, process agents, flame retardants, antistatic agents, plasticizers, waxes, antimicrobials and other materials, according to customer requirements.
The concentration of active ingredients in additives ranges from 0.5% to approximately 50% (depending on the nature of the product).
